and SU and PTI and Copics and Nesties! I even copied the design I used the other day - if it's not broke, don't fix it! Happy Friday!

THANKS
It seems I always need a Thank you card. I wanted to use Cosmo Cricket's Garden Variety - I LOVE Cosmo Cricket. I used SU Flower for all seasons and PTI Daily Design Sentiments. Copics markers to color and some Spellbinders Nesties. Happy Hump Day!
BOOKS
I haven't been creating much lately because I have been reading. My husband's aunt (yes, you Sharyn) let me borrow a set of books by Janet Evanovich aka the Stephanie Plum series. I can't put them down! I have laughed out loud and I can't decide who I like better...Joe or Ranger! I need to get this series read soon (there are 15 and counting) because I have some library books to read and I hate paying late fees. One of the books waiting in cue is The Other Mr. Darcy and I can't wait to read it!
Have a great day!

Easter tags
I made some Easter tags for my boys and nieces. I copied the idea from Pine's blog - she has a wonderful blog full of GREAT ideas.
I used SU Well Scripted for the sentiment and Inkadinkado for the letters. I used PTI paper, buttons, and dies. The ink is from Versamagic. On the girls cards I added a butterfly courtesy of a Martha Stewart punch. Happy Monday!

Birthday - card patterns sketch 55
My son is going to a birthday party today. The birthday boy LOVES SpongeBob and I happened to have a SpongeBob stamp! I used Card Patterns sketch 55 for the card.
I used PTI Rustic White for the card base and Pure Poppy (red). The design paper is from DCWV. I got the SpongeBob stamp at a craft event. I colored him with Copic markers. The sentiment is from SU Family Phrases - it is a great set for kids. Enjoy!

Irish card again
Another card using PTI's Irish set...
I used Very Vanilla cardstock from SU! I also used SU's striped Old Olive ribbon - love that wide ribbon! I used a cuttlebug folder to create the embossed houndstooth pattern. Simple and easy card. I love the tiny shamrock in the stamp set - I used it on the inside of the card...
Do you see it? It's really little!
I am off to church - have a great Sunday!

Copic Creations Challenge #23
I am up way too late. I decided to make a card and follow Copic Creations challenge. The challenge was to color something green with Copic markers! I used Copics YG03,YG06, and YG09. I used Basic Grey paper and a stamp set from MFT called Monsters Ink.
I hate losing an hour tonight but will love the extra daylight!
St Pattys
This is a total COPY of card by Dawn McVey that I found on the PTI gallery. Here is her blog. She is amazing.
I used PTI's Luck of the Irish stamp set. I used PTI ripe avocado cardstock, button and ribbon plus SU old olive cardstock and ink. I also used a little bit of SU Very Vanilla. The scallop edge was made with SU's scallop border punch. I also used a Cuttlebug folder. Thanks for looking!

Easter - CPS Sketch 157
Thought I would share a couple of Easter cards I've made using a sketch from CPS. You can see the sketch here.
I used two SU! sets, Forest Friends and Good Egg. The paper is Very Vanilla cardstock and MME Laundry Line. I used PTI's egg die to make the egg shapes. I also used Fiskars Apron Lace - my favorite border punch. Here is another version of the same card...
For this card I used PTI Aqua Mist paper and ribbon and added a rhinestone from my stash. Have a great evening!

PTI challenge
I decided to make a card using Dawn McVey's colors - love 'em! This is what I came up with...
I used PTI Rustic white, Aqua Mist, Spring Moss and Raspberry Fizz. The stamp set is Everyday Button Bits. Not sure if you can see but the "grassy hills" have been embossed with a cuttlebug folder. Thanks for looking!

Sympathy
Unfortunately, I have to make a couple of sympathy cards to make this week.
I used PTI Rustic white as the base, PTI Ocean Tides (I LOVE this color) and PTI Spring Moss for the accent and ribbon. I used SU! Upsy Daisy (heat embossed) on the front. I noticed that the Upsy Daisy stamp and one of the stamps in PTI's Daily Designs matched (you can barely see it on the inside of the card). The sentiment is also from PTI DD. And the butterfly is Martha Stewart. Have a great day!
